Dear Co-Worker:

December 27, 2001 Season's Greetings to you and yours.  Hope Santa was very good to you and your New Year is one filled with good health, peace and continued love and concern for others.

This concern for others is the basis of a SPECIAL W.O.T.M. COMMUNITY SERVICE COMMITTEE.  This year, the committee will hold a fund raiser with 100% of the monies received to benefit a community family who is also a part of our fraternity family.  Our co-worker, Robin Barnhart, daughter of Senior Regent Nancy Weaver, has been diagnosed with a recurrence of cancer.  In order to arrest this disease, aggressive, expensive treatment is necessary.  We are asking for your assistance with this fund-raiser to provide help with these medical expenses, travel and incidental costs.

The committee has planned a spaghetti dinner on Sunday, January 27, 2002 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. to be held at the Conneaut Eagles Lodge which has graciously donated the use of the large dining/recreation room at 171 Main Street, Conneaut.  The price is $5.00 per person.  Take-outs will be available.  There will be hourly 50/50 drawings and special prize drawings.

Enclosed in your newsletter are four (4) tickets for the dinner.  Please either sell these to family or fries or purchase to use them yourself.  The ticket stubs and $20.00 (checks made out WOTM Chapter #86) need to be returned by January 20, 2002 to W.O.T.M., P.O. Box 94, Conneaut, OH  44030-0094 so that we can plan on the number of dinners to prepare.

You can also help by spreading the word of this dinner to others, donating raffle prizes or volunteering your time to help prepare the meal or assisting in serving for an hour or so.  The committee is striving to get everything needed for this fund-raiser donated.

Please contact one of the committee members listed below for further information or to volunteer your time to help with the dinner.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Fraternal love and peace to each of you,

Sincerely
